Assisting with the move of Elgin Capital into the high quality base-build offered by Caxton Hall, and acknowledging their recent growth and accomplishment, AROS with SHOR tackled the circular plan form with highly efficient planning and a segmented concept offering spectacular rooftop views towards Westminster Abbey, Big Ben and Buckingham Palace. The fit-out across two floors provided a lower spec trading floor with cellular offices for Directors and associated meeting rooms and tea points, while the upper client floor was higher specification with walnut panelling. The scheme was shortlisted for an AIS award in 2009and commended by Jack Pringle.
