Refurbishment of 55,000 sqft of office space in central Swindon for Amalgamated Berkshire Holdings saw the significant remodeling of the form Network rail building’s entrance, reception, comment parts and full replacement of windows, MEPH services. The result has achieved a BREEAM very good and an Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) of B. The building is returned to the market and receiving high accolades for a top quality finish earning its title as the best building in Swindon.
