Having won a design competition for this prominent historic site on Trafalgar square, AROS were instructed implemented a 2 phase refurbishment of the atrium, lift cores twin reception areas and external arcade.
Crucial to the design was sensitive yet modern interventions in the historic context of the existing building. The work was undertaken whilst keeping the building fully occupied and received minimal complaints from tenants which was a key Knight Frank priority as managing agent.
The works included new glazed entrance screens, lighting, glass balustrade, reception desks, signage and furniture.
