The refurbishment of this 12,000 sq ft post modernist 1980’s building required careful intervention within the conservation area of Clerkenwell. AROS undertook a full refurbishment of the office floors and common parts including new plant and roof terrace.

Externally the oriel windows were re-clad with pre-patinated copper and a ‘glass box’ automated entrance lobby was inserted into the existing curtain wall façade to form a new reception. The scheme was capped with a glazed canopy with cold cathode feature lighting to give the building a new presence on the street. Following completion the building returned to the market and was immediately fully let.
