The existing 1970’s building has been substantially extended to the rear through infilling lightwells and extended to the front to line of boundary. This meant the building is re-branded with two new curtain wall elevations utilising the Kawneer AA110SSG system, combining back-painted glass, zinc and aluminium feature panels. Gaining Planning Consent for four different options provided flexibility and procurement benefits. The building saw a beginning of a new working relationship with Invista Real Estate Management and the Halifax Life fund. Completed in November 2008 and at a tricky point in the commercial market, the building is now fully let.
