AROS achieved planning consent for a new office building to replace two low grade buildings in the Mayfair conservation area. Following extensive dialogue with Westminster design and conservation team, a façade was developed that makes use of Portland Stone blades with the appearance of solidity whilst at the same time providing floor to ceiling glazing to the office floors. The building form takes reference from some of the playful architecture of Conduit Street and delivers a little more breathing space to the office floors.
