AROS were responsible for the comprehensive refurbishment and extension of a 1970s building in central Maidenhead.
Addition of a new fourth floor and additional rear extension provides 17,400sqft of prime CAT A office space.
Returning the original building back to its structural frame, works commenced on site once Planning Consent had been gained 12th November 2006. A Kawneer AA110SSG curtain wall integrates Gascogne beige limestone veneer bonded to aluminium honeycomb substrate to provide a contemporary architectural addition to Maidenhead town centre, receiving merit from Royal Borough of Windsor & Maidenhead planners.
