Mark Limbrick

graduated from De Montfort University with distinction and the Award for Outstanding Academic Achievement. He became a chartered architect aged 25. He worked in London before co-founding AROS architects in 2001, where he has developed a renowned track record for designing and delivering commercial architecture and private homes. Mark's work regularly graces the pages of the industry press and has been shortlisted for awards.

Simon Coles

has a wealth of experience in the design and construction of hotel, residential and leisure projects. A confident leader and first class designer, Simon has close to 20 years of experience of commercial led developments, working with a number of high profile clients. With an eye for detail, he is dedicated to the successful delivery of high quality projects that are both profitable for his clients and create stimulating and enjoyable places within which to live.

Nick Readett-Bayley

graduated from the Bartlett School [UCL] and worked in Milan and Cape Town before co-founding AROS architects. Nick now runs the AROS office in Melbourne where he uses his experience specialising in hotels and work for private clients. His work in regeneration and for NGO's has been published and won awards, he also lectures for AHA and Syracuse University. Nick has great enthusiasm for travel and the outdoors, including mountaineering and cycling.
