AROS have gained full planning permission for the extension and refurbishment of White Rose Court, to provide 110 bedrooms.
Achieving unanimous approval at Woking Civic Centre on 05 September 2011, the project is set to substantially remodel an existing office building and will start on site on 31 October 2011 with Barnwood Construction having now been appointed. The project sees the further growth of relationship with Berwick Hill Properties, acting as Development managers for Henderson Global Investors.
