AROS have submitted a scheme to refurbish No.1 Parkshot, Richmond for Planning consent
Providing much needed refreshment to the existing 1970s building, offering circa 12,500sqft the plans have been fire engineered to omit one stair. The use of render and projecting sills add modelling to an otherwise poor flat brick building. The new scheme seeks to offer a contribution to the Conservation Area.
